Soap, the first season

While I was drafting the Parking Place in the Sun, I needed another project just to rest my eyes on a different form of pages on the drawing board. The humorous day-to-day account of my life as it was then was drawn on creamy ingres paper with a round-nib pen, as opposed to the hard white Schoellershammer all my other series were then drawn on. The intimacy in process transmits in the storytelling, too, and i felt no strain in finishing every day's work with lastly drawing another page of Soap.

These episodes were then published in student newspaper Contactor during 1995.
