Saippuaa is again an autobiographical collection of my life as it was then. I started drawing a "soap opera of my life" as a counterweight to inking Parkkipaikka auringossa, and happily got the comics published in Ilta-Sanomat tabloid, Ylioppilaslehti newspaper and Contactor; the engineering and economy student's paper. Having my two cats as the secondary characters did a world of good for expanding my readers market.
